Scroll Reading Animation Effect Plugin for RPG Maker MZ

A simple plugin for RPG Maker MZ which enables the game's creator to attach an animation effect to a scroll whose reading has some effect on the reader (for example: a scroll that teaches the character a new skill, or a new spell). When the character reads the scroll, the pre-defined animation effect is triggered, followed by a text window which informs the player that the character has just learned skill X (or spell Y, etc.)

Since this project and other projects on my page are my first attempts at plugin coding, any constructive feedback is welcome and appreciated.
